Credit Crunch Reading - China
The UK government now owns 2.5% of a state-owned, state-controlled and state-run Chinese bank. Pakistan is also turning to "the guys with the money." The President of ICBC wades in with his view. The Spectator thinks that how the Chinese political system copes with the credit crunch" will be help determine the global balance of power for the next fifty years.
